Great flavor

We like this product -- it tastes just as good as the brand we've bought for years, but this larger bottle costs a lot less, per ounce. We tend to use a lot of vanilla extract, so we were glad to find this size bottle available. Unfortunately, the seller insists on shipping it in an Envelope, & it is a matter of Luck if you receive it intact.

DO NOT BUY - NO VANILLA TASTE!! There is no vanilla taste whatsoever. it just tastes like watered down alcohol. Completely disappointing. This product is deceitful, and deliberately so.. By law they need to list ingredients in order of percentage content, most to least, so vanilla bean extracts should be listed last if they are even in there. Instead of labeling this product correctly, they tried cleverly sneaking around the legal requirement by grouping two ingredients together the "vanilla and water", and calling them one ingredient, instead of two. By cleverly naming their solution of "vanilla and water" with vanilla put first in the name, they have vanilla deceptively and inappropriately listed first, which it certainly is not. When multiple ingredients are listed together in a compound, like "special sauce" they need be immediately followed, in parentheses, listing all the ingredients contained in "special sauce" in order of their percentage for most to least. Their label is blatantly deceptive trying to list vanilla first when there's barely a trace if any of vanilla in it. No vanilla taste at all. The product and the deceit is shameful. This is the worst Kirkland product I've ever purchased. Shameful and disappointing!
