Can these be heat sealed to make transparent ravioli?

I would say no because it would melt the wrapper they dissolve with water and everything would leak out. They are extremely thin, thinner than a razor.

How large are these? Anyone actually use them to make lebkuchen instead of kratom?

I’ve never tried for baking but they are a round circle that is About 3 1/2 inches. I don’t think they would work with baking because the moment they get wet, it dissolves part of the paper.
