No the color isn’t strong enough to be seen on black.

would these work on denium overalls for a toddler?

Maybe if it's a light denim. They work better on white, but dark colored markers might show up on denim. If you have a small swatch of denim, that would be the smartest thing to try first. I do like the markers. They are easy to work with.

Does it come in white marker?

No, but they have small bottles of fabric paints that come in white. The paints are thin, tho, so it's iffy if it would cover. You could try acrylics for white.

Are these made in the USA?

No, made in China. Also, not very high quality, but I got what I paid for. I'm using them to individualized the "anti-virus" masks that I am sewing. This is my 1st foray into fabric coloring other than die. I will continue the search for a better quality product.
