This item itself is fine. It was too big for what I needed, so I need to return it. I am very displeased that I had to send a request to the manufacturer and wait 2-4 business days for an approval to return it. I purchase a lot from Amazon and this is the first item I have ever tried to return. I am very, very unhappy about this return policy. 5 stars for the item itself, 0 stars for the hassle and problems of returning it.
