If I buy two of these, can I use one transmitter and two receivers? I'd like to have two screens showing one camera's view.

They wouldn’t work. They would be on the same frequency.

If I already have a wireless camera can I use the reviver end to view the video on my in dash unit instead of the screen it came with?

you would still need to attach the transmitter to the camera and the receiver to the screen as both receiver/transmitter is coded to each other, the system uses 2.4 GHz so there are only 14 frequencies so it's possible that the transmitter might be on the same band as your screen but that's just a small chance. I have regularly picked up other people's signals on my screen while driving so anything is possible.
