Bought for my son who had knee surgery this is brilliant it keeps his knee protected and separated it reduced the knee pain he was getting at night time and it enabled him to get a good sleepWould highly recommend.

Comfortable but could have been even better if size was a bit bigger for larger legs.

I bought this to support my arthritic knee, but while the cushion is good quality, I found it too hard for it to be comfortable to me.

It works, It works very well indeed. Not had a sleepless night since purchase.

Why put an exposed metal zipper in something that is meant to be soft furnishing?The zipper runs right down the length if it, in the middle of the thing.So when used between your knees, the zipper cuts into your leg.The rest of it is great. Definitely memory foam, not sure what other customers received? Must have been cheap copies.I’ll have to make a cover for it though, because the zipper is so uncomfortable and potentially dangerous !

I had the best nights sleep in a while. Suffer with knee and hip pain and suffered nothing as I got comfortable and slept all the way through. Due to the design and shape when I turned in the night the pillow came with me and didn’t slip like others I have had in the past.
