Surveillance Radio Earpiece for Motorola APX 6000/ XPR 7550e

Works absolutely perfectly. I use it with my Motorola radio does everything I needed to do. The sound quality is excellent. I found a way to wire it under my shirt so it's completely hidden. It's a great product!

Perfect fit.

I work Security for Netflix and at work we have the option to borrow one daily and i decided to get my own. Many of the other securities who mention they’ve also bought cheap 8 dollar one’s say they break easy but Not These! The sound is crisp and loud. The clicker is very good quality and I get it why this one was $27. I rather spend a lil more and have good product than spend on anything flimsy. In Spanish we say “Lo barato sale caro” what’s cheap will be expensive later. This cable and ear piece was surely worth it. I want to get another one for backup. Highly recommend!

These fell apart soon after I purchased. They worked ok before they fell apart.

Works great BUT the ear piece blocks all sound in that ear so all you hear in that specific ear is the radio and nothing else. Add the open design ear piece and its PERFECT! And open ear piece allows you to hear outside of the radio to keep you situational awareness in tact in both ears and its easier to wear for longer without fatigue. Connected easily, sound quality is really great and the tube is very soft and flexible.

You get what you pay for. I purchased this item in October of 23 and it has already had a catastrophic failure. The push to talk button no longer works. I guess they only figure that you will use it just a few times a month wrong. If you need a product like this I suggest you get the Motorola ear piece. At least you know you will have reliability and a good product, unfortunately you’ll pay for it.

So much better than a factory radio, mike

Worked as my daily driver for a couple years before finally giving out on me. Lasted many a rainstorm before dying on me finally. However, the replacement I purchased didn't last nearly as long as the first one I purchased. Either something slipped through QC or I got lucky the first time. Definitely worth purchasing, had no issues with sound quality or volume attached to my APX 6000. YMMV

Audio quality was quite poor, earbud did not feel comfortable, and the fitting did not work on the radio itself unless it was highly modified.
