What do I do if the manual was not included in shipment?

In the picture, the tool has holes in it, but the one received did not. Are there tools with holes still available?

The tool with just the indentations is an old, discontinued version of the tool that was last sold in 2016. Only the latest version with the 3 holes is sold now.

How does it compare to rockblade from Rocktape? Thank you in advance for any insight.

One of my co-workers has a tool similar to the rockblade. She told me she found that the ellipse tool works better for the neck and upper trap areas, where the other is more comfortable for use on legs, upper or forearm, and back. Hope that helps.

How heavy is this tool?

Never weighed it. Guess less than a pound. It’s a solid tool. Response well to a light grip. The design makes it very easy to hold & maneuver. I extremely happy with my purchase and with the company’s customer service. You won’t regret your investment.
