Are additional brackets available or purchase to combine additional desktops extensions for this product? I think I need 4 (1 L and 2 extensions).

I am not sure exactly what you are asking for. The desk with the two sides of the L is actually really big at max lengths for both sides, and the control module only supports the 3 motors (1 per leg). Trying to connect more may cause issues with desk controls so it may be better to get two of these maybe and adjust them separately to the necessary height. Not sure if I followed your question though so take my info with a grain of salt if anything

Can the return be on left hand and main on right hand?

Hello, Thank you for your interest! The desk itself cannot be assembled differently, but the return side can be used as the main, and the main can be used as the return. Is the 49.2" the maximum frame height or the working surface height? I need a desk the has a working surface height of 50"+

It’s the frame height. Depending on how thick the desktop you put on top of it you can get a working surface height of 50”+ but I’m not sure how much higher than 50” you’re trying to go.
