For years I used to take a high strength multivitamin but stopped after developing digestive problems along with an autoimmune condition which caused me to break out in hives. I don't think the multivitamin was to blame but I clearly wasn't absorbing it as well as I used to and the hives disappeared when I stopped the multivitamin. Every now and then I'd try taking a new brand but it wasn't long before my skin would start to itch.Now with the current coronavirus crisis which is likely to be around for some time, I thought I'd give my immune system a boost as a precaution. This product fits the bill perfectly. I wanted a regular, closer to normal dose of Zinc and Vitamin C as I already know I struggle with high dose supplements. These contain 80mg of Vitamin C and 15mg of Zinc. I also think £10.45 for almost a year's supply is very good value for money.The Zinc here is in citrate form which has been proven to be better absorbed by the body compared to other forms of Zinc such as Zinc sulphate. The small round white tablets are very easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste. Fortunately after taking these for over a week now, I'm tolerating these well and there's no sign of itchy skin.How effective these tablets are is hard to say. Supplements like these are designed to be used long term. On a day to day basis you won't feel the Vitamin C or Zinc inside of you. However when it comes to Zinc, in addition to helping your immune system, it's also important for a man's sexual health. In that regard I can report I have started to notice a definite improvement!!My only criticism is of the packaging. I understand the need to avoid plastic and a cardboard box is easier to recycle but it's the dimensions that are slightly annoying. One blister pack contains 60 tablets so they're quite long and wide, which makes them less portable if you wanted to carry a supply in your bag or coat pocket. Although I suppose you could cut them into smaller strips.

Great size and price. I’m unsure if they’re working as yet as I’m not back working in school, but no side affects from the tablets and they’ve suited my tummy. I’d had vitamin C alone and it upset my tummy terribly (another brand) these are great for sensitive stomachs.

Came quickly, have had from health span direct before for years, but go through amazon to save on postage costs.

Dropped a star due to very silly packaging by the seller, which is totally unecessary (and puts the price up, which you're paying for). Zinc is zinc and these tabs are perfectly adequate. The year's supply falls within the expiry date.
