DC Comics Superheroes: Batman Batarangs for Kids by Rubies, Boy's No Size

My son, who calls himself Batman, loves throwing things and has a great arm for a small guy. Everything in my house he can throw needs to be soft. These are PERFECT. He loves throwing them, they are a great size and when I get hit in the face it doesn't hurt (a must for my house). I should have bought more than just one pack. They are durable and well worth it! What are you waiting for? GET THESE!

I was worried about all the reviews that said they broke quickly. However, we didn't have much of a problem. They are made of thick foam material, which is really the only possible thing a batarang could be made of and still be safe for a 3 year old. In that regard I was very pleased. Nothing in the house was broken and no one lost an eye. One of the two batarangs did break - the foam kind of cracked/tore down the middle - on the second or third day of hard use. The other is unharmed still. We glued the broken one back together and it was fine after that. To be fair, my son actually did his best to break it by twisting it around. It didn't break just from being thrown. Given the low price, I'd recommend this toy anyway - just glue it if it breaks, or buy two packages and replace them as they break.

They arrived fast. Christmas gift. There was another set made in a different style that I ordered, as well, but they didn't arrive before Christmas. These things are fun to simply look at and hold, let alone toss around. How do they "feel?" Think of the softest NERF football you may have seen/thrown before. It's that same material. Probably could still cause an eye injury if thrown hard enough--and if the target was spot-on (due to the design/endpoints), but that's pretty much the case with any toys of this nature.

Little ones love it, but just like other reviewers stated, it breaks easily. We have glued it back together again (several times). All in all for the price of crazy glue and what we paid for it, we are satisfied. Just wished it was made of durable, soft, unbreakable material. We've had them for over a year and I have been tempted to dispose of them but being that little ones really enjoy playing with them just keep gluing back together.

These batarangs are so cool. We have had a lot of fun with these since Christmas, and they have held up well. My son, a lover of anything 'Batman', plays with these daily and couldn't be happier. Arrived on time and as shown, were bigger and sturdier than I thought they would be which was a bonus.

I bought two packages and gave them to my son for his birthday yesterday, sadly, I will be returning them today. Do not buy this product. My son is 6 and he played with these for a couple of hours and all four of them ripped apart like paper. He was playing with them as intended and not being rough with them. They are a foam rubber product with no internal structure. I refuse to toss them in a landfill. Companies that sell garbage deserve to pay a fine for it. You know what you are doing when you sell stuff like this. It's horrible.

These are big and soft and our 5 yr old grandson loved it. However while playing with it. He ripped it because they were soft. But they are very cute and he loved them

We have so much fun with these. They are very soft foam so we can throw them indoors while playing by they also hold their shape very well such that they can be put in your belt and pulled out for use. So much fun.

How is it that sometimes the simplest toys make the biggest impression. I saw these and decided to add them on to my order as my son LOVES superheroes. As soon as he saw the package he was so excited to tear open and test out his very own batarangs. They are good size for little ones and are made from a soft material which helps when they are being thrown around the house left and right. These batarangs have provided endless hours of imaginative play! I would highly recommend.

Decent foam material.. paint doesnt flake off. My 4 year old son has had them for a few months now and hasnt broken them yet.

Very cheap. Took it out of the package and it was ripped already. Horrible quality
