I prefer the patches. I get the same effect as the vaporub without the fuss. I put it on my shirt as directed and the vapors are strong if not stronger than the rub.

Can theese patches help clear nazal congestion?What part of the body do I put this on?

No, I used the patch once, it tells you to attach to your clothing, not directly on your body. I put it on my pajama top as close to my face as possible,and I could barely smell it. I was very disappointed as I love Vick's. I returned them, definitely not worth the money ☹
