Perfect for doll hair. And so reasonable.
I use this for my darker skin dolls. It is great. I wrap it around a small stick, then soak it in hot water for a short time. Prop up, let it drip, and most of the dripping water. Place in my oven at 250 degrees for an hour or so. Leave overnight. Unravel off sticks. Makes the most beautiful curls. Second order.

Very good
Soft, lightweight, and easy to work with. The yarn wool hair doesn’t tangle much, installs easily, and looks great once styled. Good quality for the price and very comfortable to wear. I would buy again.

Easier than braiding hair and very lite weight
I bought the 8pk. This was my first time using yarn to do braids and my first time doing a non-crochet hairstyle. Will give full details incase it may help others. The 4 stars is only because the crochet hook came broke. Thankfully I had my own.I found that using yarn was easier than using braiding hair since the strands are pre-sectioned. I soak the rolls in warm shampoo water to clean and for any smell(my habit) and repeated with conditioner. It smelled good after. It does retain water so don't wash it the same day of install give it time to dry. For my braids I used 3½ packs for this style giving me 52 braids. For my braid thickness I used 6 strands per braid and did the knot method to start the braid and knotted the ends and burnt them to seal. For my length I wanted waist length so I cut the yarn 60-70 inches long (stretch out) (I could've gone shorter but it was my first time🤷🏾♀️) and folded it in half. Making my braids around 20 inches long +/-. I had little to no tangling with the strands. There was no hair al over the floor compared to braiding hair. The quality and color is good. It blends perfectly with my hair. It's not itchy, it's soft and lite weight. Since it retain moisture I spritz my scalp and braids up to the part were my hair ends with an oil and water mixture to keep my hair moisturized.

Honest opinion
I was so excited to try this after seeing so many photos online of brazilian wool styles. Ok firstly most of those are womens real hair or human hair extensions/locs.One thing to know is this is not really wool of any type. Its a synthetic fibre just like braiding hair. I had hoped it was natural so it would do less environmental harm and could be composted or used otherwise. Its rough textured and feels like course doll hair. You really will have to use rubber bands like most of the looks show. Or burn ends and those styles are meh.Now the pros: I wasted a lot trying to figure out what style to do and still only used 1.5 packs and my head is humongous! This would be perfect for little girls twist and soft braids. It doesn’t smell or itch and its light weight. It doesn’t seem to pull or slip. Its also probably cute for buns and box braids. I’ll probably do those when I use the rest of the hair.I won’t buy again because I wanted wool and a certain look. Its hard to use for the natural look twist style or faux sister loc style I wanted so it looks fake. But if you want long box braids affordable to to add to your little ones hair without breakage or allergic reaction I recommend

Love this yarn for my braids!!
I love that it’s lightweight and can be cut to any preferred length! It can get a little tangled at the ends if not careful, but the use of a mousse can assist with that. I leave my ends undone for a more natural/kinky finish, but it can be burned. It waves up if the smaller braids are put into larger braids overnight. I didn’t try hot water, but I know it would help keep curls longer if desired.
