- Our pasta is made in the unspoilt Orcia Valley of southern Tuscany, using premium high density, 100% Tuscan organic durum wheat
- Whereas industrial pasta comes smooth from teflon forms, Seggiano pasta is bronze drawn, which gives it a rough, matt texture that is porous and binds perfectly with sauces
- Slow drying for 26 hours at temperatures below 50º C, preserves the nutritional quality of the grain; this, in combination with the premium quality of the durum wheat used, gives the cooked pasta its even, firm consistency and excellent flavour
