Relieved my foot pain better than any other insert I have tried. I have purchased these before and I bought these for my new shoes. They are very durable, the arch stays ridgid and the pad for the ball of my foot is comfortable. Well worth the price.

INSTANT RELIEF! Have a problem right below my toes on the bottom of my left foot and my doctor recommended these inserts. Immediate relief - the arch support took a little bit to get used to, but after 5-10 minutes, I don't even notice it! I suffered for a while with this problem (thinking I needed surgery), wish I had of just gone to the doctor! So far, I have purchased four shoe inserts and will probably purchase more during Prime Days!

These inserts made my feet feel better right away. The feel good and give my feet the support they need.

I recently developed severe pain when trying to walk--severe pain in the balls of my feet near the little toe. Walking is extremely difficult until I put my feet into shoes with these inserts. Suddenly I can walk, pain free. I don't get it. The magic seems to be the result of the elevated arch support, because there is almost no cushioning near the toes. I'm very happy with them. The only negative that I can conjure up is the fact that they are quite expensive. They cost more than most of my shoes. But they are fitted for your shoes and very sturdy so you can easily transfer them from one pair of shoes to another when you need to change your wardrobe. I don't know how well they are going to hold up. Most of the other inserts that I tried were pretty ragged by the end of one month. But, as I said, these are very sturdy, so I expect they should last several months, at least. Time will tell. When that time comes, I will bite the bullet and buy another pair. Otherwise, I will be confined to a chair all day long.

Have a neuroma and these inserts work very well to minimize pain. I have 3 pairs and they are very sturdy.

I had a custom shoe insert built to relieve pressure on the outsides of my feet (under big toe, under little toe) that produced painful calluses and made walking extremely uncomfortable. In the conversation with the custom orthotic provider I learned about how the lack of metatarsal support results in the problems I was having. I ordered this insert to see if an off-the shelf support could do what the custom one did (at significantly less cost). After one day of wearing these supports in my work shoes, I ordered two more. I no longer dread walking, and my calluses are growing much more slowly and need filing much less frequently. Very pleased.

The overall quality of the pads seemed good. The problem is that the met pad was significantly more towards the heal then other inserts, and when I wore them for a week, my toes started tingling more

They are very comfortable size is accurate and the most important a good pain relief por facilitis plantar the only cons is that you has to replaced every 6 months, I have 3 of these for my shoes, work; casual y dressy

I have flat foot and do sports pretty frequently and intensely. I use it in my Nike shoes, removed the original soil of the shoe and replaced it with this product. Fits perfectly and so far I'm happy with the performance, I dont get feet soil pain anymore. Recommend using it.

These insoles are much more comfortable and effective than my custom-made orthotic insoles. They provide good cushioning to my heels and ease the pain I have felt daily in my feet. I will definitely buy them again and am thankful for this excellent product.

I would imagine these might be great if your issue is needing more support in the heal and arch but they did not help at all with my metatarsal pain. The pad is positioned too far back. The arch support is very pronounced. It caused me significant pain while walking. The heel support is also aggressive. It puts your foot in a forward slant. (Think high heeled shoe but not as drastic). The entire insert is also thick from the middle of the foot back. It puts you higher in the shoe which causes other issues.
