Che dire, per stare in mezzo alla strato, va benissimo

Replaced a middle pickup on a cheap Kramer with a HSS setup. Being a cheap Kramer I figured whatever pickup I replaced it with would sound just as good or better but I was wrong. This pickup fits perfectly, is easy to install, and is super hot... However, it really sounds terrible. I don't know if I can even explain how bad it sounds; annoyingly bright and metallic, no low end, no warmth. I guess if you are going to always run major effects (distortion, especially) you might be able to use it, but just beware.
