Great knife, awesome value
I only recently got into surf fishing, and needed a good knife after the more expensive knife I had didn't fair to well trying to process a 5 foot blacktip last year. I don't remember the name of the knife I was using but it cost me around $75. It didn't hold an edge, and had to be sharpened at least 5 times while processing the shark. So with another family beach trip looming, and the hope of catching something worthwhile, I started hunting for what would hopefully be a better replacement. Knowing my propensity for tearing up or losing gear, and the fact that in a year I maybe get to make 2 or 3 trips to to the beach, I was looking to spend as little as possible. I read several positive reviews of this knife, and the price was very reasonable if it performed as well as the reviews would lead one to believe. The knife came pretty sharp, but not quite shaving sharp. When it comes to my work knives I'm very particular about having a razor edge, as my life and others could depend on it (LEO). I gave it a run it over one of my finer whet stones, and then gave it a nice stropping. It took the edge very quickly, and after that it would shave the hair off my arm with only the weight of the knife. So off to the beach I went. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. Caught a 37 inch bull red and as you can see in the picture I was thrilled. Other than shark this is the biggest game fish I've taken surf fishing. The knife performed great. Even after processing the fish. The knife still had a razor sharp edge. I processed several other smaller fish including 2 smaller bonnet head sharks and it still has a decent edge that only needed to be retouched after I got home. I also really like the sheath. it has nice belt slots on it that work great with a web belt. The sheath has a positive click to tell you it's in and a solid retention. The handle it very soft and comfortable with a positive grip surface that doesn't fatigue your hands. I plan on getting several other KastKing products to try out.

Knife
I bought the strong option for a deterrent/self defense. It seems like a great saltwater knife. Very sharp and solid. It also has a real horror/slasher film type look to it with the curved blade. It’s big. Be nice to carry when diving too.

Well made awesome knife
Love this knife! Filleted a 13lbs catfish right out of the box! Super sharp, amazingly crafted, great handle! Could not be happier! Sheath is nice as well and so is the box! 100% recommend getting this for those bigger fish!

Good knife, not so good sheath.
The knife was larger than I expected. Not necessarily abad thing. Very sharp. Handles catfish bones well. The case is rugged but doesn't really fit the knife well. It is very loose and will not keep the knife secured in it.

PERFECT FOR THE BOAT
A great BIG fishing knife. LOVE IT....if you need to filet a fish for bait in the middle of fishing this is fantastic. GREAT PRICE AS WELL. it is NOT made for a delicate filet job of a thin filet knife. But if you need one for the boat to slice fish into bait or cut line...THIS IS IT.

Cuts up your raw rib roast with ease
I love this thing! Great quality blade, comfortable to hold in my hand, non-slip grip. A real bargain compared to the bubaname brand and I can't see how it is inferior. My first test was to cut up a rib roast into sections and it worked beautifully right out of the box. The curved blade is just what I needed for slicing meat and the non-stick blade made for easy slicing.

Great Carving Knife!
This little 9” bad boy helped me carve up a 10lbs bone in roast! Sharp, great large manly handle and very good blade stability. This will be my go to over much more expensive cutlery! Thank you! 😊

Not sharp.
Not as sharp as a filet knife should be. Beware of the handle size is very large even for large hands.
