Looks good and is good for the money

I was a bit worried about this purchase as I felt it was not expensive enough....but, when it arrived I was absolutely delighted. It looks like a very expensive watch, superbly packaged, smart looking, all dials work perfectly, superb comfortable strap, water resistant (not waterproof). Need I say more.After a few days of wearing this watch I have to say the comments from friends and workmates regarding this watch have been very complimentary. They were all very surprised at the price and quality.

It's an okay good looking watch.Great option if you looking for cheap price vs looks, versatility, durability, depending on your day to day use.Looks expensive at a distance, not so much up closer.Leather straps good and comfortable. Beautiful looking blue colour on the screen. If the men you're giving it too is looking for an analogue watch, simple to wear, looking good at a reasonable price - no outstanding brand - it's Chinese, its a cheap brand, cheaper materials, but an okay watch for everyday use, if the person works in a hand manual job, for instance, which can cause scratches, wear and tear, so you wouldn't want to spoil a better/expensive watch.

Grwat looking watch - but not shock proof!

If you want a watch that's not expensive but looks great and is comfortable, keeps great time, is waterproof and sturdy look no further. Did not expect the worlds greatest watch when I bought it but I am quite critical even when spending so little but have to say was way happier than I thought I would be and had it now for 4 months and like it more now than ever so that will do for me.

I used to like the Timex expedition watches . Bought one a few weeks ago and to say I'm not impressed with this new cheap tacky plastic body watch would be a understatement . Like something out a lucky dip bag or Christmas cracker all for the handsome price of £38 pound . ( RIP OFF TIMEX ) Then last week I came across this Benyar watch so I bought one . I think I got a throw back one as it was working already which is uncommon with watches these days also no plastic film on the face . That said . This is a much better feeling product all metal body nice strap much bigger face in that lovely blue for £38 pound A LOT BETTER THAN TACKY TIMEX

Posting this review after just about 6 months of ownership of a Benyar watch. During light use and no knocks or drops, one of the hour markers has detached from the watch face and is now flopping around inside the watch.Benyar support website (which Amazon directs you to) is utter rubbish. Logging an email ticket repeatably fails, giving some random different reason, even though I've tried cutting and pasting the same text each time.The online "instant" chat is also complete bull. Posted assorted msgs, promised a response in 1 minute. Had absolutely nothing in response.Don't give these guys your money. Fine if you just want a watch to look at briefly but don't expect any sort of quality or support.Watch was bought as a present, so now I'll go buy another from a more reputable manufacturer.

I've owned this watch for about a week now, and am I'm finding it quite comfortable to wear. It looks nice, and I find it quite easy to read the time on it, even at low light levels. The lume seems functional but not amazing (I've not timed how long it lasts). What lets it down is that the hands aren't aligned correctly. The seconds hand seems to be about half a second out with the indicators, and on the chronograph the seconds hand is 10 sounds out so it starts at 10 rather than 0 (straight up) when reset, and both the 10ths and the minutes are both just a tiny bit out, not quite being straight up (see image). I've not measured it to the second, but it seems to be keeping time well enough so far.
