EquiVizor Solar Vizor Horse Fly Mask (Size COB), Superior UV Eye Protection to 100% for Horses with Uveitis, Photosensitivity, Ulcer, Head Shaking

I bought the mini size vizor for my 1 month old quarter horse colt who developed an eye ulcer and required treatment. The vizor was perfect for protecting his eye and keeping it clean and not collapsing against his face and rubbing his eye. He has since healed up wonderfully and I used the vizor on my mini mare shortly after who cut herself right above her eye and this vizor was perfect for the job as well! It fit the foal well even though that wasn't what that specific vizor was made for, and fit my mini mare perfectly! I love the design and how easy it is to put on. I will absolutely be buying more of these masks in the future to outfit my whole mini herd!

Mask is great for horse with uveitis. Keeps sun out of eye. In the heat if summary, I like the lightness of this mask. I used EquiVisor with the ears covered for several years now and pretty much wore it out. I highly recommend these masks. The clips are good. Easy to clean. Never, and I mean never, came off.

This mask is fabulous. 👌 it is designed to 1. Keep the flies out of her eyes, 2 to shield her bad eye from the sun. And it does that perfectly. There's plenty of room between the eye and the mesh. And I think that she loves it.

My vet recommended this product due to recent eye surgery in both eyes. I was worried my Haflinger horse would not like it on his head or face and rub his face, potentially damaging his eyes after surgery. It's very light weight and fits perfectly. I ordered a cob size. It's very easy to get on and off and he doesn't mind it at all. I do take it off every night and lightly hose it down to get the dust off. The visor portion of the visor casts a shadow over his eyes when he is grazing so the sun does not hit his eyes. The netting is fine and he seems to be able to see very well. I ride and lunge with it on with no issues. One thing I noticed is he must not have the same peripheral view and sometimes he gets spooked when something new is located in the corner of his vision. Also, the netting is getting somewhat frayed, but I think its because it is not meant to be washed everyday. I highly recommend this product especially if your horse has eye issues.

I like this product. It is very well made, heavy duty, she cannot get it off. There are three straps, two with buckles and one Velcro. And it does not touch her eyes which probably is the main reason she does not try to get it off. Love the visor!! Horse size fits this foundation quarter horse perfectly. I did order an extra large the first time and had to reorder. Cris scratched her eyeball on round bale of hay so I wanted the visor specifically for shade but I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a wonderful mask that I’ve re-purchased 2-3 times. My horse lives outside and wears the mask continuously year round, and it holds up to the rigor. My only complaint is that it rubs my horse’s forehead in the summer. He is a thoroughbred with an especially thin summer coat and when he sweats against the foam visor it rubs his hair off. I would love if the company made a fuzzy padding for the edges like other regular mask brands. Overall a great and durable product!

This mask runs a bit large..but is great in every other way. First mask that my horses have not tried to rub off. I really like that the material around the edges does not cause sweating or heat.

So helpful for me treating my geldings eye ulcers, with regular fly mask he would roll or try to rub his face it did not offer as much protection. It is maintaining its shape, offering great protection.
