Good equipment
Good for the price. Range of motion is shortened by the arm being to long. I'm going to cut off the end so it swings past frame.

This bicep curl machine is economical and does it’s job
I love the machine it works great. Does what it’s supposed to, very well-built, extremely sturdy.

No instructions but there aren't that many pieces.
Nicely built but worthless for curls. The range of motion is so limited it's not usable for that exercise. I'm going to set it up for the opposite and see how that goes. Wouldn't recommend this for anyway and I wouldn't buy it again.

Titan fitness bicep and triceps
No instructions the machine is not what I thought it was doesn’t make sense how the machine work for both tricep and biceps I do not recommend to anyone as it was shipped to me with no instructions very disappointed not happy

Limited range of motion
The product is well constructed and will certainly last for years however the range of motion is too limited for either biceps or triceps exercises. It’s quite frustrating and there is no means of adjusting it out.
