I'm 6' 190 pounds, after reading all reviews of oversized fits what size is recommended? i always buy nike in xl but now thinking size large??

I'm 6'5", 225 and more often than not a Nike XXL fits well. Depending on how you like your tops to fit will determine the size of this shirt. I could wear an XL but it would be a tighter fit (good for layering). As a primary shirt an XXL is perfect.
