Cheap magnets
Love this guy, however more often than not I find it on the office floor. I have it attached to my metal file cabinet and it keeps sliding off. The magnets are pretty cheep. Love the board, but just don't expect it to stay in place.

Great Movie Poor Erase Board
The magnetics are terrible and does stick to a filing cabinet. Pen is useable but not sure if it will last long
