Fragonard Parfumeur Fleur d'Oranger Eau de Toilette - 100 ml

**update: I take back what I said before about it smelling like dying blossoms. It has seriously grown on me. I put it aside for a day and for some reason was drawn back to it. Now I can’t get enough of the scent. The beginning notes are green and fresh and then it dries down into a soft powdery natural orange blossom scent. If you don’t like it at first give it a second chance! Totally worth it! And it last pretty long on me 4+ hours It is a nicely made fragrance and does have the smell of actual orange blossoms. I can see somebody really liking it. But to my nose it smells like old and dying blossoms. Kind of musty and not quite the fresh or sweet scent of blossoms on the breeze I was looking for. It has a sharp green note at the beginning and then dries down to a muted scent. Not good for me but maybe for somebody who has different chemistry. It is not a super safe blind buy.

Ohhh! This is nice! This is a light, fresh scent that smells exactly like Orange blossoms and it continues to smell exactly like that. This is not a complicated or layered fragrance with notes of this or that; it simply smells like orange flowers. Despite being very light, this is not fleeting and lasted for 8 hours easily. Not cheap, not expensive and a fair value.

The scent is exactly what I have been looking for. It's been really hard to find an orange blossom perfume but the scent of this one was perfect. The only reason I am giving the perfume 4 stars is the longevity of the scent doesn't last as long as I would hope. After 3-4 hours the scent goes away.

This Fleur d'Oranger Eau de Toilette from Fragonard Parfumeur is absolutely divine! The scent is the true essence of orange blossoms. If you have ever smelled orange blossoms on the tree, this is it. There are also notes of jasmine and bergamot that are discernible and just the faintest base of musk. It's just wonderful. I've already received several compliments on this scent in just a few days What I am also delighted with is that the scent lasts all day! You really don't need much so start out lightly. Just one spray does it for me and I can still catch the scent at bedtime. I'm so happy to find this. I bought a similar orange blossom scent at the Fragonard distillery in Grasse, France years ago but have long since used it up.

Please open and smell the fragrance before you keep it. I found it to have no fragrance at all.

I ordered this perfume based on the listed description of the scent. It doesn’t smell like the description st all. It had a short acidic scent that reminds me of men’s aftershave. I don’t get any jasmine or bergamot or musk. And if the scent is orange blossom, I don’t get the floral, only the peel. It’s my fault. Never buy a perfume you haven’t tested. It’s also described as long lasting but it didn’t last on me (in this case, not a bad thing). I guess this is a modern scent. Maybe I’m not modern enough. But it comes from a good perfume brand and it is probably a very popular for a reason. It just wasn’t for me.
