I mix this with a grape flavored pre-workout drink for extra nitric acid production. Dissolves 100% in cold water and doesn't taste bad when mixed. Great product!

Product disolves very well in just water. As far as the taste, it is a personal thing. If you're a person use to drink sugary drinks, like a lot of people out there, it is going to take more time to get used to it. I don't have any issues with the taste, I drink this with plain water, 1 tsp twice a day, instead of 2 tsp at once. It is totally tolerable and it makes possible stomach issues less probable. I am not saying that it is delicious, if that was the case it wouldn't be a good quality product. If you want to consume good quality natural supplements you have to do away with all the junk they add to please our spoiled taste buds.

This is a good supplement that has helped me stall the "over the hill" process. The main topic people talk about with this supplement is the taste. I'm going to make an admittance. This is hard for me to take. I come from the generation of protein shakes that required chewing, disgusting supplements that were terrible to take but I never had trouble taking one. For me, there's very little taste to L-Arginine. I don't try anything fancy, I mix it in 6 ounces of water then drink a bottle of water behind it. The problem is it makes the water feel thicker. Not unlike saltwater or if you poured baking soda in water. I have even tried just 4 ounces of water to mix it in but it doesn't mix as good in 4. With 6 ounces, if I think enough, I can down it all in one drink. I still pause as it goes down, close my eyes and shake my head a little. There are capsules but I already take 6 vitamins/supplements in pill form and don't want to add another. This package here by Bulksupplements is an excellent price but I do have to use more than than the instructions. I want 5000 mg per day and a 1/2 teaspoon is a little over 1500, so I'm taking a full teaspoon and another near full teaspoon. That would be my only reason to try another brand since some are now being made with 5000 in one serving. But I'm sticking with this one until my pouch is empty. This brands supplements are good quality and are very affordable.

I have been buying arginine for about five years and I like the effect of the product however, I was not able to swallow it because of the awful taste, I would encapsulate it in order to be able to use it. however, this has HCL. It does not taste like L – arginine, without HCL. I think it’s very easy to swallow and it does not taste bad at all. now, I need to find out if it’s still gives me the same effect, time will tell.

The product seems to work fine, but the taste is horrible. Cannot find any way to mask the absolutely horrible taste. Gave up trying to eat this stuff. It's going out with the trash. Do not buy this unless your taste buds have completely stopped working!
