It does what it’s meant to do, dissolves faster then sugar no taste or smell pretty much neutral. I’m not sure why if this is something with most but I noticed it suppressed my hunger a bit after taking it, not saying it’s a bad side effect or anything maybe just effects different depending on the body type. They did a solid job with this overall, I think it’s worth the price for especially how clean and concentrated it is.

It is so much easier to take by scooping into your mouth and then drinking water to wash it down. Very fine powder and no stomach cramping because it's so clean. Highly recommend.
