Sure will, although if the microphone is unpowered you might want to run the signal through an amplifier first

Can you measure sound frequency with this

I haven't tried measuring sound frequencies with this oscilloscope. You can definitely display audio frequency sinewaves and therefore I would presume you could measure the frequencies. If you were displaying an actual complex audio signal I doubt the measurement would be accurate, but you should be ok with sinewaves.
