If you are very active - especially in the heat - these are wonderful! Keeps the 'charlie horses' (muscle cramps) away. And if you haven't taken them ahead of time, they help relieve cramps fast. These things are great! I sweat like an empty vegetable strainer in a shower, so it's key for me to maintain some measure of hydration for post workout recovery. On the bicycle, I take one of these at the 30 mile mark then one every 15 miles after that. If I don't, I'm punished with ridiculously painful cramps. Their pills work equally well, but these things are just so damn tasty!! :)

I love these so much. Bought them to help with POTS, and notice they help me a lot with nausea. It also comes with a little tube for carrying them in my purse. Very convenient and tastes good too!

I liked the peach because it had the true peach flavor. I would not purchase the watermelon flavor again, because it did not taste like real watermelon. It just tasted sort of sweet.

Taste great and super helpful during my half marathon training. I take one every 30 mins during my runs. It helps with cramping and hydration. Its a bit chalky but not bad at all.

Iv'e been using SaltSticks for a while now, mostly for Mt Biking here in AZ. It can be pretty warm here in the desert (even in the winter) so exercising without replenishing sodium etc. will have an adverse effect on your system and performance. However, It took me several years to realize I needed something like this. A couple years ago I was doing a 23 mt bike race (it was about 75 degrees temp out) and cramped really bad (had never had this happen before) in the last couple miles...I was really pushing my pace and doing pretty good but after the cramps I almost didn't even finish the race. After that I decided to really research what I needed to avoid that painful scenario happening again. Several resources etc. pointed to this product and I've been using them every ride with excellent results! These are also good to take after a night when you may have had one too many drinks. p.s. Don't wait too long to try these like I did.

Very helpful, if you need to balance electrolytes. Wish I’d gotten the variety pack, but these flavors tasted good and helped make the electrolytes palatable. Definitely not like a candy, but when you need it it’s pretty great. My dr said to keep using, my sodium was low.
