The description is very accurate in saying this is a very detailed American Airlines genuine Metal airplane and not an after market one. It is well built, good solid stand and easy to assemble upon arrival. This was part of my girlfriends 2023 Christmas gift lot as she worked for American and loved it there until Pandemic when they released everyone, now she has just amazing memories and this EXCELLENT airplane to remind her of a career she loved a lot. She also commented this specific plane was her FAVORITE reissue of an original and how did I know to get this one? hehe lucky I guess that the metal plane was available on amazon in time for Christmas and I could not find any other 12 inches or longer Metal plane and I will never purchase a model that is smaller than 12 inches as you can not see the detail or beauty of such things. FEEDBACK TO THE MANUFACTURER - make a lot more 12 to 18 and 24 inch metal toys and models and you will make a lot more sales. That is how it was in the 1970s and 1980s before technology permitted amazing detail in toys .... and now the technology is available to make an amazing 18 to 24 inch metal toy plane or spaceship, nobody is using it. Sad :( so hopefully someone will stand out from the crowd and take note of my feedback.

I bought this for my boy (12 years old) who is a FAN of aviation. We saw a documentary on PBS about the design and features of this plane - impressive. It was a huge thrill for my boy to receive this model. We both refer to it for the dimensions and wing features. Impressive plane, impressive model. The model is weighty enough and comes with livery stickers, and a stand. Gotta love it.

Beautiful American Airlines 777-200 model aircraft! Very easy to assemble. No glue needed!! As an American Airlines Flight Attendant, I frequently fly this aircraft. This model was a must have. It is proudly displayed in my living room, on my coffee table. Over the years I have accumulated a large collection of aircraft models, a great number from Daron Skymarks. You absolutely can't beat the quality of their products! Excellent value and reasonably prices. The models are an exact replica of the actual aircraft. The detail is amazing and precise. This is not a toy! You will want to display this model in popular, safe and secure area for everyone to admire. If you're an aviation enthusiast, like myself, this American Airlines 777 should be in your collection!!

The fuselage is the only thing visible from the packaging and was top notch in color, quality, scale etc. The disappointment comes when the wings and engines are revealed after opening the package and are unpainted grey in color which in my case did not go at all with the silver aluminum fuselage of my American Airlines model. I painted them myself which cost me additional time and money on my part to bring the model up to the standard that I thought I had paid for. Otherwise, it is an excellently crafted model for the cost and I display it proudly. I had to deduct a star for the hassle and initial disappointment upon opening package.

it is hard to find the plastic Boeing 707 exactly scale I am looking for however no luck. I found one, metal, heavy, expensive. no assembly needed.

This is only my second model airplane despite the fact that I am an aviation junkie. The first was a Flight Miniature of a Delta 747-400 1:200 I bought at the Delta Museum at the Atlanta airport. The Delta model cost $20 and although it does have some issues with details and appearance I thought "that's good enough." I never thought I would spend nearly $40 on a model airplane and I don't know if I will again but this model is much nicer with better fitting parts, hollow engines and, surprisingly, a metal body. It is really nice model.

This model is totally AWESOME, the fuselage is made of DieCast Metal, the tail fin and other parts are made out of plastic, but very nicely done, I couldn't be happier, it looks like the real American Airlines Boeing 777-200 I saw at Miami Intl. Airport last week, that's a Big Airplane and this model is a 1:200 Scale which is a very nice size for it. I Highly Recommend It.

Buen tamaño (escala) la construcción se siente sólida y es pesado (más de lo que parece). Quizá no tenga tantos detalles como antenas y sea de plástico, pero la calidad de impresión y la construcción valen la pena por el precio. No lo dudes si en verdad te gustan los aviones.
