Carburetor Rebuild Repair Kit for Keihin FCR MX 28 32 33 35 37 39 41MM CR Flat Carb

Pretty good kit , Has almost everything needed for a Suzuki DRZ 400 outfitted with a keihin FCR MX 39 rebuild and they fit mine just fine. The only parts it did not include are the air mixture needle o rings and the pump diaphragm, but they can be purchased separately. The rubber in the orings and seals seem pretty good. It did have some extra orings and one mid body seal that I did not need. If you are not sure what parts you need, I recommend taking your carb apart first and comparing this to what you have/need. I'm glad I did. Almost bought the wrong kit before taking mine apart. My bike runs like a champ now.

I have a fcr 39 in my Husqivarna. Some of the gaskets and parts fit but lots of parts don’t fit my carb.

Bought this to rebuild the fcr 39 mx i am using on my drz400 (originally off of a 04-09 yfz450). Be aware that all fcr mx carbs are not the same, and it is important to get the exact kit you need. Unfortunately the needle that comes in this kit is longer than the original one and will not fit. Seems to be a high quality kit but its best to identify the carb by the serial number on the left side of the bowl, to ensure you get what you are looking for.

Kit does not fit Honda, looks to be Yamaha YZF 450 . Float needle is too small and mid carb prong is the wrong shape. They do not tell you which bikes and years it fits. There are 5 different FCR MX carbs. Just order the All Balls kit and save yourself some frustrations..

Everything you need

Mid body gasket is not correct. Only bought it for this gasket and its not correct. Open your carb up before purchasing and compare the gaskets. Do not just go off the model number. Needs a proper description of what it fits.

Everything fit. One of the gaskets was a little ragged looking but I used it anyway, so check them carefully. At least I got the mid body gaskets replaced at last. They really needed it. Accelerator pump orifice was plugged by the old deteriorated gasket.

Das Paket kam schnell genug an, aber die Qualität des Produkts steht außer Zweifel - keine einzige Düse hat eine Markierung, keine Größenangabe. Die Schwimmernadel sieht aus, als wäre sie benutzt worden, der Rumpf ist mechanisch beschädigt, mit Anzeichen von Korrosion-Oxidation Das ist definitiv nicht gut. Ich werde das Produkt nicht nur aus Zeitmangel zurückschicken, aber ich werde so ein "No Name" definitiv kein zweites Mal kaufen. Ich empfehle nicht!

Pack contained 2x of wrong mid body gasket rather than 1x of each design as shown. Upper gasket to access slide was wrong size.. Other parts seemed fine.

Only 2 gaskets fit! Everything else was wrong. Paid $28 for 2 O-rings. Too good (cheap) to be true? ...yep
