I purchased the yellow package and the actual tortilla measures exactly 4.5 inches. They are very small - street taco size. No way you could make a burrito.

Does this product contain yeast?

From the ingredients listed on the back of the package (you can see them on the Amazon listing), I don't believe so. Yeast is not listed anywhere in the ingredients. And ... these are delicious! Hope you can enjoy them.
