This oil is excellent for stir fry! Its not too strong but very flavorful!

July 9, 2025 - I've used this product for a couple of decades. It is wonderful for stir fries, and for adding a different, but not overwhelming garlic flavor to various dishes.

After cutting and prepping your meats and veggies for stir-frying, sprinkle to coat, and put a little in whatever you use for a wok, and do the fastest stir fry ever. You will recognize the flavor as the same as most fast food Chinese or oriental outlets use this as a shortcut for making fast food. It is a high temp cooking oil infused with garlic and ginger that saves one from chopping garlic and ginger every time you want some quick stir fry. As with any shortcut garlic such as the stuff in a gar or paste, it does have that weird off garlicky twang, but millions of restaurants can't be too wrong, huh?
