A longer, but not stronger Grabber
Got this because it said "Heavy Duty" and it's longer than the other one I have. Yes, it IS longer.. but NOT stronger! The two grabber arms tend to twist when lifting something weighing a couple lbs.- irritating! The plastic pins holding the two grabber arms come apart and fall out, followed by the arm falling off! Much more irritating! Luckily, I found one of the 2 parts of the first pin which did this, and have replaced the lost half with a very short metal screw! It still works, but I expect I'll need to do the same for the other arm if I lose a piece of that pin. It does still work, so I gave it 3 stars for being longer.... if not stronger!And... I love the pretty blue shoehorn!

Waste of Money
How this grabber could be described as "heavy duty" is beyond false advertising. After a recent back injury, I ordered a total of 5 of these because of their description as extra long and heavy duty. Two of them broke upon first usage. If a piece of paper is too heavy, I wonder what "heavy" thing these pieces of crap are actually capable of grabbing. Don't waste your money.

A third arm
She loves it. My daughter is 5'5" and needless to say has trouble reaching tall places in her walk-in. At first she laughed when she opened it. Then she realized what a handy item this will be t her. She loved the "swivel" head.

Broke with first use
Bought this for my husband who has some mobility issues. One of the grabber "arms" broke upon first use while trying to pick up a towel. While the grabber looks nice & is a great length it is not heavy duty.

Would be excellent, but is not; because the pivot pins are junky plastic, and keep falling out.
