Ended up having to buy replacement letter as they LEAKED. Finally just tossed the whole thing as yet ANOTHER letter lost air. Funny , some letters were great but had to replace the A twice . Stick to the 16 inch silver foil letters, they don't float but you can stick them anywhere :)

Product came as described, no issues with letters. Bought 3 to spell out initials for my b-day party. Had a hard time finding somewhere to inflate them with helium, ended up using the air pump from our air mattress. Worked just find. Strung them together with the ribbon they provided and secured to the wall with what looked like a Command strip (each balloon came with 3 of those). Hardest part so far is removing that adhesive from the balloon and getting enough of the air out to put them back in the packages

My family and I bought these to take family pictures for my mom for Christmas. Each family had a different letter to spell out the word family. My mom cried she loved it. Very good idea.
