Delicious breakfast option
Love this cereal, especially hot. It's satisfying, plenty chocolatey, and healthier than many other on the fly breakfast options. One strange thing, though.... some of the packages say it's 280 calories per cup, while some others say 200 calories. Very strange. Either way, it's pretty good bang for the calorie buck, but it did make me scratch my head.

Good product, but just not to my taste.
I like that there are lots of nuts and seeds, but there is also flour in this product, and even though it's healthy flour, it still gives the product a "floury" taste, that is not to my liking. It's a good, healthy product, however, and my aversion to flour is completely personal!

Health Nut
Love this cereal but it has been out of stock for a while. Small cup packaging allows me to take it to work and it's just the right portion. Taste is great and love all the healthy ingredients.

Ordered a large variety pack of these for our office. We all like Rokit because none of the flavors are too sweet.

Great cereal, but have trouble with nuts
This is one of the best tasting cereals I've ever had it's easy to prepare since you just need to pour water into the container And stir. The taste is excellent and it really does give energy my problem is I can't chew hard stuff right now, so wind up spitting out the nuts. Otherwise it's excellent and soon I will be able to eat the whole thing. As a caveat my dog also likes Rockit very much and waits for his couple of tablespoons when I'm finished. Fortunately he doesn't have trouble with the nuts.
