I bought this 4/21 and have used it daily since. Never had a single issue and it makes your towel perfect hott! Best product I have ever gotten off Amazon.....

Bought this for my wife because she hates the cold and getting out of a shower if the outside air is cold. To Like: She loves it. It works as advertised. Can fit two full towels or 1 and bath robe. Timing is accurate and it gets plenty hot on the inside. Very compact and lightweight so easy to store or move between bathrooms. Not To Like: Inside wall is HOT, so careful taking towels out. I've used towel warmers at hotels, spas, etc, and I don't particularly find a use for them. It ambient heat so it wears off quickly. But for somebody that wants something immediately warm out of a shower, it works.

I have been looking for a towel heater for years, but didn't want to pay a crazy amount or have an open metal wall unit. I ordered this in hopes that it would fit my needs. I absolutely love this towel warmer. There are a few minor issues, but the nice, toasty warmth of my towels outweigh the issues. The towels only seem to get nice and warm when I put the timer on an hour. Even if I will be taking them out before the hour. I just turn it off after I take out the towels. There is a slight damp/musty smell on them. I think the heater is circulating water so... my plan is to spray the inside with a spritz of natural oil or something (lavender or citrus) to cut the smell. But, it's not so horrible that I can't use it. The size is pretty reasonable. I can fit two oversized bath towels in it. Although, the bottom one is typically warmer than the top one. My husband was skeptical when I purchased this because he didn't think it was necessary. Of course it's not "necessary"!!! I used to put my towels on the radiator, but it doesn't warm them up as much as this towel warmer does. And, I couldn't put two towels on the radiator. Now that the winter is coming and the house is getting colder... they other day after he got out of the shower, my husband had to admit.... he was happy I purchased this! :)

I was very excited about this product, and I was convinced by all of the positive reviews that this was a product worth spending over a hundred dollars on. However, this ended up being probably the worst product I ever purchased in my life. The button was stuck in a way that it was difficult to turn on the settings, but I got it to the lowest time level. I put one towel in, and when I got it out about 20 minutes later, the towel had been completely burned. There was a terrible smell that never went away. The plastic at the top was melting. The timer never turned itself off, but the button was so stuck and it was difficult to turn off manually. I thought it was user error and tried again, but it ended up charring a couple more of my towels. Not only did I waste money on this product, but it cost me the price of the towels, and is a fire hazard. Even worse, it just stopped turning on completely within the month. I contacted the seller, but they said all they could do was have us pay to return it. There is no way I am wasting any more time or money on this horrible product. Please my advice and the advice of others leaving the reviews, you do not want to waste this much money on what essentially amounts to a heap of burned plastic.

On my 4th or 5th. Wish they lasted longer but better than most heating towels enough. Tried others and just not warm enough.

Worked great initially, after awhile the buttons pushed back into the unit, and it stopped working

I bought this as a present for my wife. She loved it for 10 seconds until we found out it does not work in the UK. Not sure why UK Amazon is selling it.

Just thought to share this with my fellow shoppers so you have all the info to make an informed decision :) ** Now for the review: Got this for my girlfriend. She loves it and talks about how great it is for her pjs and blankets. I would just caution on how long you put items in it for. For people with delicate skin, 30 minutes might be too long and too hot for your skin.

I bought a towel heating unit for my clinic recently, delivered to Hobart Tasmania via Amazon and it does not work! I keep pressing the power button over and over. It did not come with an US plug converter so I ended up buying one, I believe most electric goods come with a power converter for overseas customers? . I have plugged it in correctly I've tried different power sockets. I want to know what to do please to get it to work or receive a refund thanks, Ruth In addition I cannot access customer support? I have had an email saying my question has gone unanswered? What support is there if the unit arrives and will not work?
