This hot jam is listed as "award winning" and it certainly wins my personal taste award as "Best Jalapeno Jam" I have ever tasted and I've tried many. So good I would almost call it addicting. Beware however this jam has a bit of bite to it. As advertised it is hot but not nuclear. The consistency is not too thick which means it won't break a cracker as you spread it, but is just a tad loose to get at the bottom of the jar. Great stuff. One of the happiest purchases I've ever made. Cannot offer enough praise.

Make egg sandwiches on weekend. Bacon egg cheese and this jam on the toast is very tasty
