Buy it. Works and worth it.
Sanded the intier inside floor of the bug, got all rust off and rolled this on. It works great, sticks well, did not run when rolled on a side panel.

Quality paint!
This Eastwood Encapsulator is great so far. Remove loose rust and paint from my utility trailer, painted the inside framing before adding new deck boards. Will finish rest of trailer now. Stir real well after opening. I had no issues laying down a heavy coat using a brush. Very pleased with quality and simple application.

Sticks well to rusty surfaces, flat black finish. Very watery and sprays well- very thin for brush use

Looks great, doing the job it says it will
I am using Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator to coat surface rust I can't completely remove inside a classic car door skin to stop/slow the expansion of the rust. So far, it looks like its going to help. Easy to apply. One word of caution -- the product separates into a heavy goop at the bottom of the can, with black liquid on top. Its is really difficult to mix by hand; fortunately, I have a paint shaker, which did a great job mixing the Encapsulator into a nice homogenous blend.
