Actually Works on Deep, Painful Pimples – Worth the Hype
I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve tried so many pimple patches that just sat on my skin and didn’t do much. But these actually work — and fast. The microdarts are the real game changer. You can feel a slight tingle when you first put it on, which I personally take as a good sign that it's doing something. I use them on those painful, under-the-skin zits that you can feel brewing before they even surface. I pop one of these on at night and by morning the bump is either completely gone or significantly reduced. It doesn’t dry out my skin either, probably thanks to the hyaluronic acid. They stay on really well through the night and don’t peel off like other patches I’ve tried. The price is a little high for only 20 patches, but honestly, I don't need to use them constantly. I save them for those annoying emergencies — the big, angry pimples that show up at the worst times — and they’ve never let me down. If you deal with those deep, hormonal breakouts or stubborn early-stage pimples, these are worth trying.

Unbelievable!
If you are a person who gets a big pimple you need to try this magic. A tiny patch with tiny needles that inject medicine all night and kill that thing. You’re welcome.

I like the product but don't love the price
Overall, I like the product. I have a problem with hormonal and cystic acne. I'm switching birth controls and am experiencing some of the juiciest pimples I've ever had. Normally I use the CosRx pimple patches but I came across a review of this product on YouTube. Intrigued by the idea that little needles inject medication directly into the problem area, I did some research and I found so many websites claiming that this was THE pimple patch for acne like mine. I bought this zitsticka miracle patch and here I am. Swelling and Pimple Pain: the swelling decreased for most of my pimples when I took off the sticker. The size difference fell short of my expectations for the really juicy pimples and I didn't see much of a size difference after one sticker. It took 2 or 3 patches for drastic improvement on the juicy pimples. The sticker did help with how sensitive the pimple was to touch and I did notice a difference. This sticker does well for the normal pimples as far as swelling and pain is concerned and I did see improvement for normal pimples after one patch Redness and Irritation: I did not have any irritation with the stickers or the cleaning wipes that come in the package. I don't think I noticed a giant difference with redness but redness wasn't my main concern Pimple Patch Needle and Wipe Pain: the micro needles did hurt a little when I put the stickers on my very inflamed pimples but the pain was short lived. Otherwise, no pain associated with putting it on my less inflamed pimples or taking the sticker off the pimples. I found the wipes to be painless and they didn't sting my skin. Adhesion: the stickers stayed put and they didn't lift with one exception. I put another sticker on my very inflamed pimple (in the pictures) for a second day in a row and the pimple burst in the morning under the sticker and pus oozed from under the patch and down my cheek/chin. I felt very sexy in that moment. Price: they should get rid of the wipes and add more stickers to make it worth the price. I probably will not buy this product again unless they change the price or replace the wipes with more stickers. Update 12/12: Amazon notified me that a few people found my review helpful so I thought I would give a ~6 month update. One thing I forgot to mention is that this product is not a hydrocolloid patch and will not suck the juices out of your pimples if you accidentally pop one like I did when I was trying out the zitsticka patch. I had to let it drain before putting on a hydrocolloid sticker on the cystic pimple to help it drain all the way. I did not buy this product again and continue with my CosRx patches. The price detouredme from purchasing this again since the amount of pimples on my face at the time was more than the amount of stickers provided in one box. I also may be a bit biased against buying these again since my acne has calmed down tremendously after getting used to my new birth control pill (combined with topical prescrptions) and I no longer have the inflamed/cystic acne on the level I had over the summer. If it wasn't for an Amazon notification, I would have forgot about this product. I'm going to leave my initial review of 4 stars since the patches did help with swelling and inflammation but otherwise, this product was overpriced and forgettable.

Good to use
Works great, little needles keep pressure to help any irritating visitors go away. Can keep it on and you can't really tell you're wearing it.

Great for preventing the big ones and helps in treating them!
So I did an experiment with my stress/hormonal acne. I tested on a huge pimple(somewhat under the surface/a little on the surface) and then I put one on an area where it was still under the skin but left untreated felt it would be the same as the biggest pimple promptly visible. I circled in yellow where I have already used the two patches. I used 2 one the large pimple and 1 on the one still deeper in the layers of skin. I have used the cosrx pimple patches on the other pimples more towards the surface. They work best when just cleansed when there is nothing such as any treatment like benzoyl peroxide but could get away with a salicylic acid toner. The zip sticker I used what was instructed or the toner type mention and found it worked fine but stays on immensely strong in comparison to the cosrx. So results...best used for pimple prevention than an occurring breakout as you can see on the purple circles. The one on the left side was a newer soon-to-be breakout where as the other was a current cystic breakout. Honestly after a few days (about 4 at least) the left is more of hyperpigmentation and is healing terrifically fast in comparison to the right breakout. The price point is a bit much but for emergencies of acne like this I think it's a necessity since the cosrx aren't enough for the big ones.

Worked okay, may have been applied too late.
These patches are okay. They're the first brand I've used with microneedles, and I chose them for their good reviews. I will say by the time they arrived I hav had a cystic pimple for about 3 days, so it wasn't exactly "early stage" like it says on the box. Still, using 2 if these in 2 hour intervals did seem to help the inflammation. The change wasn't significant, but it was enough to help me stay focused at work instead of picking or touching my face. Note that my pimple never came to a head, and I did end up pikcing it eventually and then treating it with another brand of patch (Rael, sans needle). These seemed to speed the healing process much faster, but it may also just be my impatience. One thing to note: there is a bit of pain, or rather pricking that can be felt when applying these patches. It's very breif, but there. The needles are a lot more noticeable than I expected (when looking at the oatch before application), but I couldn't feel them after the patch was in place. I had to use 2 patches on my zit, but wish I could have made it longer with just one. I did find that the adhesive was a bit disappointing (these were on my chin) and wouldn't stay put for longer than 2 hours at a time. This was enough time for the needles to dissolve at least, but I would have liked to have worn one overnight. With the way they were sticking, that doesn't seem possible. Note that my face was clean and dry (no moisturizer or product) at the time of fpplication, and yes, I did use the cleansing pad and follow the instructions. Maybe I moved too much or my skin was oily, but these didn't seem to hold as well as other brands I've tried (Hero, Peaches, CORSX). Overall, I'm not displeased necessarily, but for the cost I would have liked these to perform a little better. Namely, longer wear, and more per package. Otherwise, they worked okay.

Quick Fix For My Cystic Acne Spots
In just one application it greatly reduced the size of painful cystic acne spots. In two applications the zit is practically gone. Normally I'd be stuck with the cyst for a week or two but these patches have saved me the pain and embarrassment.

4 count package not a 20 count
This is the 2nd time a 4 count box has come instead of a 20 count package. Very disappointing as they do work well but it's not worth the hassle of having to return and hope for the right product to be delivered.

Disappointing - Didn't really do much
I bought these hoping they would solve my problems of deep, under the surface pimples, reduce their size and stop the pain, but I found they didn't really do much. After having them on over night, they were still painful, slightly less inflamed but still as stubborn as ever. Nothing changed in my skin after using them for a few weeks which was quite disappointing. Felt as though I was paying for the packaging rather than the product tbh. There are many other better and more affordable options that I find to be more effective.

Works well but expensive for only 4 patches
Doesn't actually get rid of the pimple, but does help to make it look flatter and less noticeable. I doubt I'd be buying this again though, since it costs so much for only 4 patches. Great for emergencies, but not cost effective to use regularly.

Received incorrect nr of patches
The product in description says 8 patches. I received a box of only 4 patches, not 8.
