Is this model Who approved?

Don't buy it. Worthless product with worthless customer support. I Registered a complaint to consumer forum after that I got faulty machine replacement. Their customer support team doesn't help you and misguide you. It's a cheap Chinese product which Microgene is rebranding it.

When I connect to usb, it is not powering up - display doesn't come up. Anything I should do to make it work with usb
