Not worth it, damaged my lens.
*** Update*** Its not worth it. The strap came apart from the connector tie while using and I dropped my camera & lens. Luckily it dropped on dirt and not hard ground and it still works but was damaged. Dont risk your gear. Just get the real peak design strap or another good strap.I stumbled upon this strap and noticed that it had a similar quick release system as a popular brand. It's significantly cheaper and I love to save money. I have a Peak Design wrist strap so I know a little about their products. Their products are pretty nice, but are way overpriced. I took a chance and bought it. I needed a neck strap for my new Fuji X-T20 which is a smaller, lighter mirrorless camera. I dont always wear a neck strap with this camera and the Fujifilm neckstrap is ugly and uncomfortable. I needed one for events and or when I know I'm going to be walking around shooting for a good part of the day. The quick release design appeals to me because I don't always use or want a neckstrap on my camera. I also use a wrist strap. This looks like it will work fine.I put it on my camera very easily, tugged at it and inpected the construction. This one is made of nylon seatbelt material and hard plastic. It seems pretty durable. The buckles are hard plastic and not aluminum like PD. The connector cords are a little bit longer than the Peak Design. No big deal. When the quick release connectors are locked in the click is not as loud and reassuring as the Peak Design, but I don't think they are going anywhere. Especially since gravity locks it in even more. The strap at its shortest length brings the camera above my belly button (6 ft tall). You can easily adjust it and use it as a longer crossbody strap. The material glides pretty easy against your clothes for pulling the camera up for quick shots.I like that its light and rolls up very compact. I would recommend it for mirrorless cameras or smaller. Maybe a DSLR with a smaller lens would be OK. The straps are probably made in China, but I was expecting that for the price. Keep in mind that Peak Design straps are made in Vietnam and a lot of the things we use are made in Asia. If you're looking for a functional, comfortable and flexible camera strap at a great price and have a lighter setup this may be for you. I don't know if I would backpack the Grand Canyon with it on my Nikon D750 and 80-200mm, but for my mirrorless camera with kit lens or smaller prime lens it seems fine. It's not flashy or fashionable in anyway. No hipster appeal here. These are simple, solid black, nylon and plastic straps with cool quick release connectors. I wish they made more colors for these, like green or tan. Overall I think it was a good purchase for the price. Grab one before theres a lawsuit or something! I will update my review if I see any issues. One thing I didn't like is there is an extra plastic buckle hook to hold an extra connector and I would prefer it not be there. It gets in the way. I may cut it off. I also wish the shortest lenghth was a little shorter. They also need more colors. These are minor things.*** The Peak Design straps, connector cords & etc do work with this system, but it doesn't have as secure of a lock. You don't get that confident click. They are about the same size.

I'm returning mine
I wouldn't trust this to hold thousands of dollars worth of camera gear. I'm returning this product. If weight was pulled in any direction other than down the connectors can pop out. This is partially because there is flex in the plastic that surrounds the connector that attaches to the camera. The webbing seems very strong and durable. It is great that they give you an extra connector in case one breaks. Still, I'm returning mine since I can't trust it to hold my gear securely.

Not to be trusted with a camera.
Wouldn’t trust this strap to hold anything valuable.Really liked the comfort of the thin strap but the buttons are dangerous. This strap held up for a few months of regular use but one day the sting pulled out of the button, thankfully my rig was on a tripod when it happened and not swinging off my shoulder or this review would be substantially more “heated”.Buy the name brand product!

Identical look to Peak Design, but not worth risk.
I am always looking for deal and was very put off by how expensive Peak Design's camera straps are. With that in mind I ordered two of these straps. After ordering them I got home and measured the straps on my cameras only to realize these would be far too long for my liking. I then began looking for another alternative to Peak Designs straps only to discover their "Anchor Links for Camera Straps" would allow me to modify my existing camera straps for only $5 more than the cost of these straps. It seemed like a win win. While these straps look the same, the anchor housing of these are made of a plastic that bends more easily than Peak Design's housings. With that said I gave them three stars because it's likely they would work for lighter cameras, but for me saving $5 is not worth the risk of them failing. In the image on the left is Peak Design's Anchor Links for Camera Straps housing on the right is the this company's housing.

Great for smaller cameras but not as sturdy as the real Peak Design
Good price for what it is. Works great for smaller cameras like the Fuji X100 series but I wouldn't trust it for larger cameras. Same design as the Peak Design but a lot thinner and the secure mount is very tight compared to Peak. I would stay away if you're thinking of using it for larger DSLR or mirriorless. Time will tell how long it'll last on my small Fuji X100. For stars for price but 3 stars for sturdiness

Works with Canon m50
The strap is thin and the quick release works with my Canon m50.

Compatible with Peak Design
I use this to carry my Peak Design tripod bag. This strap is compatible with the original peak design anchor thingies. The anchor thingies that come with this strap seem a bit less well made than the Peak Design ones (particularly the paracord is clamped in a way that makes it likely to break). If you have extra original Peak Design anchor links, I highly recommend this strap. Otherwise, do not use the replica anchor links with an expensive or heavy item. The strap itself is strong and durable enough it seems, and I will be using it to carry my lightweight tripod in its padded bag.

Great alternative strap for the price!
I was hesitant to purchase this instead of the Peak Design one since there is a huge price difference! I was happy I tried it out though, I use it on my Sony A7III and have been using it for almost a year now and it works great and just like it should! Adjusts super easy and has no issues supporting the weight of my A7III with a grip, mic and large lens on it!
