Good quality. I feel satiated after just a few teaspoons, not like the fake ones where I feel like eating the whole jar. This one gives me clean, steady energy with zero blood sugar spike — tested it myself with a CGM. This is a genuine product, you can literally feel it in your body.

The problem is I am chasing the closest taste and texture to Yemeni sidr. This isn't it. It's thick, it's raw, but my taste buds don't detect anything different from the taste than sweetness, almost syrup like flavour. I give it 4/5 because it's raw- which is a major major plus

The first time I licked off the honey off my finger it by accident as there was some honey on the jar, it was the most delicious honey I had ever tasted and it was Greek Mountain Oak from the The Raw Honey Shop. I have been buying it ever since along with different flavours. I find it very expensive! But because I consider it a health investment for my family, as real honey can last definitely and brings a lot of health benefits I always buy a jar here and there! At the moment there are none in stock otherwise this would be my first choice to re-order whether in this size or in a nearly double the size jar. I highly recommend it.

I've purchased quite a lot of honey from this store now, Oak, Thyme, Fir, Vanilla Fir. The Fir is my favourite, I've purchased the Fir 3 times now. I can't stop eating it! I love the thick texture, exactly how honey should be-it's taken me back to my childhood when I used to eat honey straight from the hive. DELICIOUS!!!😋 I find that it's the most gentle on my stomach too. Please don't stop producing the Fir honey. I'll be purchasing many more.
