will this fit on the 06-07 gsxr

No this will not fit on a 2006-2007 gsxr. It is specifically designed for 2011-2015, which has a slightly different exhaust set up from the 2006-07 model GSXR 600/750.

Hello , i wondered if it gets much louder then the stock exhaust and how it is on the highway, also does it keep that specific growl that gsxr has.

It deepens the sound, I wouldn't say it makes it much louder than the stock exhaust. It sounds great at high RPMs/ the highway and definitely keeps that idle growl the GSXR has.

Will this fit to 2018 Gsxr 750 ?

This system fits both GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 models from 2011-2019....so yes, it fits the 2018

Does this fit a 2007 gsx-r750?

No, M4 doesn't make a GP Series Slip-on for the 2007 GSXR600 or GSXR750. M4 does make the carbon fiber Street Slayer for that bike though and it sounds amazing. Check it out: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B091XZZB9Q
