Philips Sonicare for Kids 3+ Bluetooth Connected Rechargeable Electric Power Toothbrush, Interactive for Better Brushing, Pink, HX6351/41

This toothbrush is honestly great. My daughter was using a regular toothbrush, but I felt even with me there watching, she just wasn't brushing well enough. It also was always a pain to have to tell her on the weekends that, yes, you have to brush in the morning even if we are just at home. Now, with the app and her "Sparkly" buddy, she makes sure she brushes, often before I ask her, to keep her streak up and earn little gifts in the app for her buddy. They have videos that demonstrate where to brush and how that play as your child brushes. We run the app on an iPad. It will sync up even if you don't use the app (we don't on school mornings) but we did have one morning that never would sync, and even when we ask for credit from the parent account, it won't come up with that option. The stickers on the outside aren't great as it does peel up over time, but that's not a big deal for us as my daughter was excited to pick another to use once this one peels up. The brush looks nice, is comfortable for her to use and hold, and it does a good job brushing her teeth.

I’ve been using the Philips Sonicare toothbrush for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my daily routine. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner compared to using a manual toothbrush—almost like that just-left-the-dentist feeling every day. The vibrations are powerful yet gentle, and I really appreciate the built-in timer that helps make sure I’m brushing for the full recommended time. It even pauses briefly to remind you to switch areas, which makes it easy to build better habits. I also like that there are different modes depending on what you need, whether it’s daily cleaning or something more focused like gum care. When my grandkids first opened these toothbrushes they were so excited! They enjoyed decorating the toothbrushes and chargers with the included stickers to make them their own. They had to use them right away. Immediately I noticed that their teeth looked cleaner. After the first use this toothbrush made a difference! Note: as with most power brushes; have your child put the brush in their mouth before turning on or you will have toothpaste palooza in your bathroom. Have them turn it off to spit also so all the stuff doesn’t splatter all over. The brush was a good fit for both the 5 & 7 year old and easy to handle (the 5 year old did take a little bit to get used to the grip and maneuvering the brush, but after a couple uses she had it down). It has 2 settings. 7 year old was fine with the regular setting, but the 5 year old preferred the gentle setting at first. The toothbrush shuts off after 2 minutes of brushing. The app: it’s cute, was easy to setup profiles and connect the toothbrushes to my phone. The kids had fun naming their Sparkly (cute, furry character on the app). When you tap the Sparkly he makes noises/faces. Sparkly gets upset if you miss “brushing its teeth”. The kids get gifts (paint to change the look of the Sparkly, treats to feed it, etc) when they complete challenges. When they turn the brush off to spit it pauses the 2 minute timer and starts again when they turn the brush back on. At times they have added more toothpaste and brushed again just to get more prizes/gifts or they didn’t “kill all the bugs”. I would say they used the app for about a month every time they brushed. Now it’s random and when they want to check on their Sparkly. That’s ok though because they have learned good brushing habits from the app. I can hear them telling each other “remember to get the bite surfaces” and other things they have heard using the app. The battery: great battery life. I usually charge the toothbrushes about every 7-10 days to make sure they always have power, but it has been longer between charges and haven’t had any issues. Conclusion: I reviewed MANY kids toothbrushes before making this purchase and I’m very pleased I choose the Phillips Sonicare for kids. No more battles to brush their teeth (except for when they argue about who gets to go first). Cleans their gums and teeth well. I have recommended this toothbrush to friends and coworkers with children.

Purchased for my two year old because she kept breaking another brand by snapping the head and breaking the attachment. Given baby/toddler toothbrushes were difficult to find in store, I had to settle for an in store toothbrush that was recommended for a three year old. The head on that brush was too big for my tot’s mouth but we used as best we could. With that large brush head in mind, I decided to try this electric toothbrush because I use the adult version and the toothbrush head is not enormously sized. It’s a winner. Baby girl loves her brush with a much smaller head than what we found in store although, I still feel the brush is slightly too big for a toddler but then again, it is recommended for a three year old and my baby isn’t three yet. Update: so the toothbrush was boxed for a 3y/o however, it came with the larger head for a 7+ y/o. When searching for replacement heads the only option is the turquoise head when the toothbrush I purchased is pink. I wish there were pink heads to match the handle. Also, Phillips provides a few stickers to attach to the handle to replace the unsightly white space. Well, the stickers eventually lift and I’m not sure how long repressing the sticker back on is gonna last. I would have much rather had a solid, all pink toothbrush without needing to add or replace stickers for designs cause what happens when the stickers run out or lose function? All in all, great toothbrush but the aforementioned should have been considered in design.

Purchased as a replacement for the same toothbrush (which was quite old). I prefer this toothbrush over an Oral B I have because these Sonicare brush heads are closed with no sensor holes. (Oral B holes collect water and bacteria, no matter how much you rinse them.) We always get off-brand compatible replacement heads. This is advertised as a Kid's toothbrush, but I think that's because it includes colorful stickers as part of the design. I would consider this for myself (an adult --because you can get different size brush heads). My teen requested I reorder this one and doesn't care about the colors. She doesn't use the bluetooth features or anything, but does like the indicator every 30 seconds for the 2 minute timer. Super simple but effective. Would totally reorder again.

These are super cute and very kid friendly. my kids love the app that comes with it, they watch it while brushing. It’s very easy for them to use since it has only two settings. One problem I have is that the sticky design that goes on the handle does not stay on and I also wish they came with at least one additional brush head because the bristles are falling out from one of them right now. Other than that they are really nice, has long battery life and very soft bristles.

Bought this for my granddaughter, and she loves it! She gets excited to brush her teeth, and she has fun with the interactive app. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best by far kids toothbrush!! I bought two for my girls, and now we brush 2 times a day, sometimes 3 times HASTLE FREE, WHINING FREE LOL!! This product made my life so much easier as a mom! U know how kids are! It has two modes, noise free, chargable, lasts forever, the color is so cute, we chose pink! It comes with a lot of stickers (yay)! It has a timer and the app game was a game changer! The toothbrush connects with the app, so every time they wanna brush their teeth, it connects with the game via Bluetooth and they get rewards afterwards. It’s cute, and every time the kids brush their teeth, the app gives them rewards. I love it. We ended up buying a third one for our friend, cuz honestly every mom should buy one for their child.

Toothbrush is amazing! Daughter really enjoys brushing her teeth now and finds the app very engaging. Much prefer this to the oral b kids electric toothbrush she had. I like that it indicates when battery needs charging too and 2 brush modes. Also the stickers are cute. However, please note mine came with a US charger despite ordering from amazon UK. I tried to contact amazon regarding this, but apparently now you can't speak to a person at amazon only a chat bot which is completely useless. I ended up ringing Philips direct who kindly are sending me the correct plug. I'm not sure if legally if amazon should be sending this out with a US plug as pretty sure legally it should be provided with the correct one if ordering from a UK site.

When we first opened the box it was sealed as if it was new, but the brush that came with it looked used! With bite marks on the back of the brush!!! Thankfully i have bought a spare set of new brushes which i used and discarded the one it came with it... My daughter loves it, and uses the app daily to get her badges and gifts through the app... great choice for my kid!
