Salt and Pepper Shakers Glass Set, Clear Curved Design, Classic Restaurant Style, Glass Body with Stainless Steel Lids, 4.7 in

I purchased these to replace some very old ceramic character salt and pepper shakers that I was concerned might not be made from safe materials since they are so old. These take up a fraction of the space on my counter. I don’t actually use salt or pepper so I will see if my husband thinks that the holes are the correct size and number ; easily fixed by just using them at a slight angle if the flow is too high. The caps are shiny on the outside but the interior is not shiny. I have another set purchased at a brick and mortar store that sits in front of my husband’s seat at the table and they have caps that are shiny both on the interior and exterior. I’m am indecisive as to whether I should keep them based on this factor. Otherwise they are beautiful, easy to hold and the perfect size.

I received my salt and pepper shakers earlier. I love them! They are just the right size for our home. They fit perfect in my hand, very light weight and look classy. The only issue I have is the little cap twists on and you feel it stop but if you twist slightly it will keep twisting . I just hope while using over food it stays on . I attached a picture of my new s and p shakers . They are exactly what I was looking for . Thank you, Patti G

The holes in the top are the same for the salt and the pepper (usually salt is smaller and pepper is bigger) and the holes don't allow the salt/pepper to come out easily. You have to give it a few good shakes. I don't have a problem with that because I prefer salt to come out slower, but some might not like it. They are absolutely beautiful and elegant on the table and, yes, I recommend them.

I have been looking for salt & pepper shakers for a while. I wanted something that would be elegant for our holiday tables and get togethers with family. These are perfect. Not too small and not too big. Easy screw on tops. Easy to wash. They look great on the table. I love that they are glass and not ceramic or plastic. I bought 3 sets. Highly recommend.

I needed shakers that were small in diameter at the bottom to fit into this little decorative basket I have. I had so much trouble looking for some until I found these! They fit perfectly! Very well made too.

We invested in a bag of wild Himalayan pure, unprocessed salt and needed a special container/shaker for it. The European glass, free of harmful chemicals was the perfect solution for our needs. Love the simple yet elegant design. The dark pink salt looks beautiful in this glass and the stainless steel top dispenses the perfect amount. Couldn’t be happier. Traveled to Europe and visited Bratislava which then was still Czechoslovakia. This was the heart of Eastern European glass making. The Crystalia set is reminiscent of the glass pieces we brought home from there. Looking forward to exploring other products. Thanks!

The crystal part of the shakers are nice. Unfortunately, the manufacturer truly skimped with the lids. They are thin, cheap, tinny metal. They certainly are not of a good European quality. I contacted the company as they enclosed a “thank you“ card that says “we love to see you smile.“ No response to my repeated follow up to their customer care. I would never buy these again nor do business with the manufacturer.

I decided to order these after reading a review where the person remembered the same style from a restaurant back in the '60s. Having not been around in the '60s, I have to take other people's word for it when I'm looking for vintage-style stuff, unless it's something that is very iconic to a particular era. I'm happy I read that review, because these salt and pepper shakers are fabulous. They're easy to hold, light, stylish, and I thought were a decent price for the quality. Plus I recently saw them in a restaurant scene in a movie set in the late '50s. So if you're looking for authentic vintage-style, or just something unique, these are a good choice.

Der Esstisch wirkt nicht gleich so überfrachtet. Die Streuer sind eher zart und doch kommt die Menge dabei heraus wie es sein soll. (Natürlich mit ca.10 Reiskörnern zum Dampfauffang, in jeweils beiden Streuern.)
