This petcock works and fits.
Petcock came with everything you need to replace old part. Works perfectly no leaks. I only have one complaint. Outlet on Petcock is smaller than my old Petcock. Stock Petcock outlet is 5/16" and this Petcock is 1/4".

Not top quality but it works.
I installed this in my ‘97 Bayou 300. One bolt busted while tightening it to the gas tank and the filter for the longer pipe did not fit in the hole of the gas tank. I had to use the OEM bolts to get it tight enough not to leak gas.
