Amazing straightener
My favorite brand of flat irons these work so well and hold up very well over time!

Stopped working
These were really nice flat irons, but they stopped working on the 2nd use and halfway through my hair. I don't flat iron my hair much, I usually wash and go, but I occasionally flat iron it to clip my ends. I paid over 100 dollars for these, so I'm pissed that they will not heat up anymore.

Not really happy
Is not like I used to have i really disappointed on how finished my hair

No grip
The size was perfect, but it has no grip. It kept slipping from my daughter's hand. Once you close it around your hair it does not grasp the hair, it just slips through. Was disappointing because she had the bigger barrel for almost 3 years and she loved it. We returned it and waiting for refund.

the Experience could have been better
The flat iron wasn’t in the package at first, which caused concern. The shipping company later admitted the error and made sure I received it. The product itself is good, but the delivery experience could have been better.
