Tasted Great!
I was looking for a meal replacement over standard MREs as I feel there is a lot of excess packaging and trash associated with them. These freeze-dried bibimbap bags are a good replacement or supplement to have on hand as a "change of pace" for your camping/hiking/survival foods. Large pieces of seaweed and other identifiable ingredient yielded a superior flavor and experience to other "Korean MREs" that I have tried (like the ones in the green or red camo bags).Tear open the top of the main pouch and inside are two seasoning packs and the food. Take out the two small packs and set aside. Fill the main pouch with 6-8oz of boiling water, the two seasoning bags and stir, and reseal the bag. Wait 10-15 mins, stir again and enjoy. You can use cold water, but the soak time will increase to 30+ minutes before the rice gets soft.Pros:Very filling, easy to prepare, great tasteCons:Slightly noisy packaging, a lot of sodiumTesting variations: I prepared one meal using warm water and waited about 10 minutes, the rice was still crunchy. Hot water and waited 10 minutes, and the rice was softer, but still had a hard texture. Boiling water and waited 10 minutes, and this yielded the best results. It can be hard to judge the amount of water being added to the pouch due to the contents will float, so ensure you pre-measure your water. You can adjust water content to your preference, standard is about 6-8oz, but I've added water after preparation for more "soup". If you add too much water initially you will never get the bag sealed for steeping. These are high sodium content (36% of daily), so I'd not eat more than 1-2 a day, but that is up to you.

Too pricey but taste good.
It tastes good and easy to prepare but wish the price is for 2 packs or so. It's not really that worth of the money for just 1 pack. Price is good only if you haven't tried it and wanting some. Once tried and after seeing the quantity you would want more but not with the price.

Very Good! Tasty and Convenient for a quick lunch
I bought one to try as I'm always looking for something that takes little to no preparation to make for quick and easy lunches through my work week. I lived in Korea for three years when I was enlisted and miss the food from there so much. Figured I'd try ordering some instant stuff to make up for the authentic stuff I missed. This is pretty darn close to the real deal (no meat but I eat most of mine meatless anyway) and was surprised and oh so happy to have found a new quick lunch alternative. Just pour in hot water, 10-15 mins later you've got food. I guess it's not THAT quick but the convenience more than makes up for it. The bag also is sealable! so like you tear it open, pour your water in, then seal it up and take it where ya gotta go or where you're gonna eat lunch. Unseal, pour the pouches in and enjoy. The small one is the sesame oil and the big one is the Gochujong, so use or don't use which ever one if you don't like the flavor of either (although I don't trust anyone who doesn't like the Gochujong :P)I add in a bit more kimchi from the fridge because I'm a kimchi fiend but it's just really good as is. If only it wasn't a LITTLE pricey, It'd be better to get two for the price. Especially since Bibimbap is a cheap meal in Korea and you'd get the full meal with Banchan for close to the same price but it's a splurge and I'm happy with my purchase.

Do you like minute rice?
Its just minute rice with some green stuff. Terrible flavor, texture. I’m not a picky eater. I threw this out.

Quick and yummy lunch
The instructions were in Korean and google translator helped. But once it’s ready, you’ll have a warm and delicious bibimbap! I recommend them.

Decent flavor, too expensive.
I bought this out of curiousity, really, thinking it might make a nice change from the usual freeze dried camping food. It’s not bad- in fact, it’s far superior to most freeze dried food- but the price is way too high for a single serving package. I think I thought I was buying multiple packages when I ordered this. Maybe they have it at my local H-Mart?

Good affordable taste
Mostly in another language, just look for symbols & metric measures (check the other side of pyrex measuring cup).

Delicious. Wish it was cheaper.
A little pricey for what you’re getting in my opinion but it’s pretty tasty. This is a Korean dish and is very spicy so be forewarned. Make sure to also read the directions carefully on the wait times. If your water isn’t hot enough you may want to wait a little longer than it says otherwise the rice is going to be a little chewy.
