Love it. A little odd in the way you have to hold your wrist but you can't beat the convenience of having it with you. I matched it up to my desk top sized Omrod arm reader and they were pretty equal. Good purchase and would buy again.

Needed to get a blood pressure monitor for my 93 year old mom. We use this thing at least twice a day every day. It is so well made with great materials. The hook and loop material on it is amazing, as it’s been nearly a year since using it, and it still sticks and unsticks with that reassuring sound. No fraying or fuzzing like some other cheap material. I also love that it is easy to use. Just hit the start/stop button and have it level with your heart, and it just works. It is quiet, simple and easy to read the LCD display. Wish it had a color screen, but that’s just nitpicking. I also love that I dont need to write anything down to record the findings. There is an app and has Bluetooth connection to connect it to your phone. I would say that it could be improved, with say built batteries and a USB plug. It’s 2026 and I feel all small electrical products should come with its own rechargeable battery, and not have to rely on AAA batteries. Yes they are universal, but it would be more convenient to just it just be rechargeable. But this is still not enough to minus a star. I do like it’s little case that i came in. But since it was not an actual hinge it has already broken due to the repeated opening and closing of the case. But it is especially useful for those with really small and thin wrists, like my mom. She is 93 and is the size of a 3rd or 4th grader at just over 80 lbs. So it’s hard to find something that will fit her wrist and still be accurate, when compared to the BP cuffs that the doctor’s use.

My grandma lives with me, and we have home health visiting. She hates having her blood pressure taken on her arm, so I ordered this OMRON "Gold Wireless Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor for Home Use - #1 Doctor & Pharmacist Recommended Brand - Clinically Validated - Connect App," so that we can use it to take her blood pressure comfortably at home. It has two different users for tracking purposes, selected by toggling a switch on the bottom of the monitor. It's very easy to use, but since it inflates slowly, sometimes it doesn't seem like it's working at first. So far I haven't had to change the battery. It seems to last for a while, since the use is intermittent. It can be used with or without the app. The app is used for different OMRON brand products. I did download the app, and while it's nice to have the memory of past blood pressures, it's not necessary in order to use this blood pressure monitor. It seem to take a fairly accurate blood pressure reading. I love how lightweight and portable it is, and how it's easy to put back in the plastic case between readings. I wanted to pay a little more for a brand I could trust, so I think the value is good for the brand.

Now I have had it for some time, the fact that it does not have a light to see the display clearly and the fact that it doesn't indicate when the reading is complete are failings that are irritating and so I have decided to 'bite the bullet' and throw it out and purchase a more user friendly device. Very disappointing! I tried to manage for over a year before coming to this conclusion. (Previous report in 2024 as follows) The BP machine has worked well so far. One thing I didn't consider is that it doesn't light up. In poor lighting the numbers are difficult to see, especially for the more elderly. Looking at the display other than 'head on' it is easy to misread the results. The ability to light up the screen would be a big improvement to this product.

I purchased this unit because of the reviews and it's advertised functionality of accuracy and irregular heartbeat detection, however it isn't working properly at all. I received it 24 hours ago and I just spoke with their customer support about this unit. The problem has been that it will not take a reading no matter what I do. It inflates,the blue heart comes on to ensure the cuff is on properly and I am sitting still as it suggested. The only thing I'm doing is breathing normally and the screen says E4 after it has fully deflated and there's no reading of either pulse or blood pressure. I've never in all my years required anyone to hold their breath to take a blood pressure. And it seems that the only way for this monitor to function is if you are sitting on a hard chair with your arm on a hard surface and don't breathe. Wrong, as I tried that as well and got the same result. So he suggested that I return it promptly for a different unit but if this product only can be used in one exact position, I can't use it because if I'm dizzy and need to recline and check my blood pressure, then I'm S.O.L. so perhaps I may ask to exchange it and give it one more chance, because he told me that I just may have received a dysfunctional unit, but for the price I could get 2 other different products. I will update later. Editing review: I'm still keeping it at 1 star because the replacement unit arrived yesterday and it worked as it should, but today I tried to use it and again it has the same E4 code. I don't need something this expensive and unreliable. Blood pressures need to be taken in other positions than sitting up on a chair at a table so I'm returning this unit ASAP for a refund and purchase one somewhere else that will actually work.

Monitor is accurate, easy to use, and easy to travel with. Small enough to carry in a purse. It retains 100 measurements of BP and pulse. Information transmits easily with an app to mobile devices.

Omron are great blood pressure monitors. They are so accurate that my doctor’s office will allow the reading from it instead of having to use the office machine that feels like it’s tearing my arm off. So thankful for a great product!!

I have bought several of these and gifted them to family members. Easy to carry. Easy to use. Come with its own case. Needs batteries. Has Bluetooth and can sync to several health recording apps.

I bought this item and tried to use it for about 4 months. It never worked very well as it showed error about half the time. I spoke with the company and found that, if the user has atrial fibillation (irregular heartbeat), the machine will show error rather than giving the blood pressure reading. As there is no indication anywhere of this being the case, I asked for a refund of my $120 or a better machine. Turns out Omron will do neither. I am stuck with a $120 bill for a machine that is completely useless to me and Omron has left me high and dry. I suggest you keep this in mind if you are considering buying anything from Omron. Be advised that this machine also registers an error if your heart rate is less than 40 bpm. It will not give you your blood pressure if you have irregular heartbeat or if your rate is below 40- which mine is due to medication. Machine is actually useless if you are not in good health and the company flatly refuses to do anything for you. No amount of reasoning has any effect on them. They do not stand behind their product!!

CONNECT OMRON does not list this BP monitor in the supported monitors in Australia. It does in the USA region. The HEM6232T appears to be identical and is listed in the app.
