From reading the other reviews of this product, it definitely seems that the quality on these can be 'hit and miss'; if you get a good one they are great. I am really pleased with this fan, it is a nice product. The things that I really love about this fan is its variable speed control and the amount that it blows for a small fan. I have some other bigger bladeless fans (Silentnight Bladeless Tower Fan) that do not blow as much as this. The variable speed is a great feature as at a lower setting it is somewhat quieter, Which is great for the kids with the added comfort that the cannot hurt themselves if they decide to touch it. The fan is relatively small, which makes it portable so it can be put away in a cupboard in the winter and it is great popped on a chair at the end of the bed for those hot summer nights. The remote control is okay but there is no variable speed on it which is disappointing but this is a minor flaw in an otherwise great product. I definitely agree with other reviews that this fan is loud but it depends if you find white-noise disturbing, personally me and my wife have no issues sleeping with it on. If the company supplying these fans could check the product before sending, to ensure that every product sent was good, then they would really be onto a winner but I guess that would be an extra overhead for them.

This fan is working perfectly. Helped me to survive heatwave, powerful and very nice design. Only one thing is not so great, whilst on full power set is quite loud.

What a heap of **** , so loud, poor performance, you will more air from someone blowing at you with a straw with asthma. The worst fan I’ve ever bought. 1 plus is that it looks good.

This ezsmart "bladeless" fan is quite pretty and works as you would expect it too. however standing at just 24" tall it lacks asthetic prescence within the home environment , perhaps this would be best advertised as a table or shelf top unit. I think by now most customers are aware that the fan and blades are safely contained within the base unit ,maybe it is time to re-think the name Bladeless (although not visible, they are the only way the air is moved through the machine). Ezsmart does come with a remote control , is this really needed? the unit can be operated quite simply by the buttons on the base unit. on the plus side it seems fairly stable on the carpet and it is unlikely to hurt or injure pets or young children bumping into it. on the negative it is absolutely not "super silent" , which is a shame for such a pretty piece. on a low speed setting there is clearly audible sound and at higher settings, you will have to speak up and turn up your television or audio products. the cooling effect through the fan is quite pleasing and may be adequate for most small to medium rooms.. the unfortunate only real negative is that it is definitely not "SUPER SILENT".

I bought this and it took ages and i wont lie was sceptical but the support reasurred me and when it did arrive it was broken...... But the company sent out a new one and works perfectly couldnt be happier with my purchase!!!

Good fan for money but not 25.6 inch fan as advertised. Fan is only 16 inch same as a lot of others available . Slightly noisier than Dyson equivalent but fraction of price .

Als Alternative zu teureren Flügellosen Ventilatoren gekauft. Als erstes die Enttäuschung; Lieferung Mitte September - der Sommer ist vorbei! Zweitens; viel zu Laut Drittens; zu wenig Leistung!! Also Retour, der Verkäufer weigert sich das Teil zurück zu nehmen, deklariert es als "gefährlichen Stoff" und somit kann der Ventilator lt Amazon Richtlinien nicht zurück geschickt werden!! Eine Frechheit, das solche Verkäufer Geschäfte machen dürfen! Eigentlich null Sterne!!
