Excellent Customer Service. Read full review.
My only real complaint is they wouldn't stay in place. One always seemed to be loosening and falling out while running. I tried different tips. Some were better than others but even the better ones wouldn't stay in my ears for long periods. The sound and battery life was good. It paired with bluetooth easily and didn't drop out.Update: Customer service reached out to me and sent me a new upgraded model free of charge. This is more than I had ever expected. The new ones were much better and stayed in place while running. Good battery life and the bluetooth never dropped out. I am pairing this with a Garmin 245 Music running watch and it works great.

Great Value if you Need a Pair of Neck Buds
I ordered these because I wanted something I could wear while kayaking and paddle boarding. My daily drivers are AirPods pro, but there're way too expensive to risk them ending up in the bottom of a lake. I also ruled out a cheap pair of true wireless buds because I wanted something I could take in and out of my ears but still leave around my neck. I used to have a pair of Beats X and thought something like that would be prefect for my needs. I grabbed these on sale for $7 and was blown away by the quality at that price. Definitely not the detailed sound you'd get from a pair of Bose QC35's or even the AirPods. But still very satisfying to listen to without any glaring flaws. The bass was punchy, but there was still some nice detail in the treble and mid frequencies. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily they paired to my iPhone. I've found some budget pairs of Bluetooth earbuds unusually difficult to pair. I'll update if I run into any major issues. But so far, I'm really impressed and they'd be a great value up to around $25. For $7, I feel like I got away with something.

Using it other than call and music
In music and voice call it is fine. the sound is crisp.Concern:I have a problem with this product when using it when I am using my phone for navigation and I have this bluetooth headset connected. For some reason it doesnt deliver the full sentence when navigating, it is missing the first part of the sentence so I would get lost. For example; instead of saying turn right in half of a mile, it will just say half a mile. I thought it was just my phone but I have switched from android to iphone and still having that problem. An additional feature that they can have is an answer button feature.

Value priced, Value features
Works, with a few hiccups:badcan't get Bluetooth 5 to work, your mileage may varybattery is meh, between 4-5hrs real world usagerange is meh, is very susceptible to blocking signal by covering the button area, without line of site don't expect more than 2 metersupdate 10 months later: battery stopped holding a charge one day. DEAD.It's hard to give it a higher rating. At nearly 30 dollars there are other options that may not have these issues...sound is acceptable for price, comfort is def there

Xcentz makes quality products on par with the big boys
Once again Xcentz delivers! This company is making a big name for itself by its production of the highest quality lightning, usb-c, etc. cables that I have ever bought from Amazon. Well these headphones are a big jump from charging cables, but easily live up to the great name they’ve made for themselves.Right out the box beautiful packaging makes this feel like a much more expensive product. Same with the make and build of the headphones themselves. Upon opening them up, I put em on my ear holes and got to business. Within one long press of the middle button, power on. Another press - pairing mode, my phone found them instantly due to the Bluetooth 5.0. Then the moment of true.Wow. I started off with some Kendrick Lamar to test the bass. Booming. Even at 70% volume the bass bumps just right, only when it’s supposed to. Then for the real test. Hozier on full blast. That crisp voice is easily the best personal test to the headphones quality.. he’s crystal clear. I’m gonna run thru a few more genres and update if necessary but as I write this I’m blown away!I can’t strss enough the beautiful quality of this product and at a ridiculously fair price point, these are a must buy for anyone in the market for Bluetooth headphones for casual, sports, anything. These won’t fall out!! Lol. Now I’m just gonna say it cuz you wanna know, these are easily on par to my LG tones, maybe a little better due to the comfort of the neckband on the Xcentz. If my opinion changes I will change my review, until then these are easily my favorite headphones / favorite purchase in general that I’ve made in a long time considering the price.

Would be my go-to earphone replacement were it not for the battery life
Pros: + Very comfortable with large selection of customizable earbud tips. + Stays in the ear very well. + Sound quality is decent.Cons: - Short battery life. Continuous play of 6 hrs, nowhere close to 8 as advertised. - Signal is very easily interrupted by covering near the buttons.Thoughts overall: The finicky signal, while annoying, is not a big deal to me. If the sound starts being choppy I just move whatever is in the way/adjust the position a little. What is a deal breaker however, is the battery life. To be fair to it however, the vast, VAST, majority of bluetooth earphones on the market tend to overestimate their continuous playtime on descriptions. Oddly enough its often by 2 hours. I get earphones that advertise 12 hours? I get 10. Earphones that advertise 10? I get 8. And in this case, advertises 8? I get 6. Still though, just because everyone else does it does not make it okay, and it is made all the worse in this case. Even if the other descriptions overestimated their times by the same amount in hours, it is not the same amount in terms of percentage. 12 hours actually being 10 is a 17% cut, 10 hours actually being 8 is 20%, while 8 hours being 6 is 25%. This means you only get three-quarters of playtime you paid for, which is, unfortunately, a deal-breaker. My advice? Either wait till they improve the battery life enough so that playtime lasts 8 hours (read: advertised as 10 hours) or get a different set of earphones.
